ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 (6 ounce) can el pato tomato sauce
- 3 cups warm water
- onion salt, if you only have onion powder just add a bit of salt as well
- 1 cube chicken bouillon
directions
- brown rice in oil - watch closely so it doesn't burn.
- add tomato sauce - it will clump up.
- add water and bring to a boil.
- add onion salt and boiillion.
- simmer for 10 minutes or until rice is cooked.
