Along the pacific coast of Mexico these very simple, and healthy snacks are served in all the palapa bars. A cold beer and a platter of these . . . . heaven!
- 1 large jicama, peeled and cut in julienne slices
- 1 large seedless cucumber, sliced
- 3-4 key limes
- 14.79 ml sea salt
- 4-5 sprig cilantro
