Along the pacific coast of Mexico these very simple, and healthy snacks are served in all the palapa bars. A cold beer and a platter of these . . . . heaven!
- 1 large jicama, peeled and cut in julienne slices
- 1 large seedless cucumber, sliced
- 3-4 key limes
- 14.79 ml sea salt
- 4-5 sprig cilantro
- Arrange jicama and cucumbers on serving dish.
- Squeeze limes over dish.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Garnish with lime slices and cilantro.
This was really bright and fresh. I almost felt like I was on the pacific coast of Mexico! Just the perfect snack to chase away the winter blues. Made for Potluck Tag Game.
This was such a nice "Fresh" tasting treat. Guilt free at that. Perfect for the summer or anytime. Thanks Galley Wench....It'll be made by me often.
