  • Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs in medium bowl.
  • Stir in sugar, baking powder, lemon juice and vanilla.
  • Don't stir too much, batter should be lumpy.
  • Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter on preheated greased griddle.
  • Cook until edges are dry and turn, cook until pancakes are golden.

  1. These were much easier than my usual recipe, which involves separating eggs and beating whites to peak. The taste was just as good, so I'll be using this recipe from now on. I made slightly larger pancakes, about 7" diameter, and got nine in total.
