The most wonderful cranberry relish! It turned me from a relish hater to a relish lover!
- 3 (12 ounce) bags cranberries, washed
- 2 large oranges, peeled
- 2 large apples
- 3⁄4 orange, rind of
- 3 cups sugar
- Grind cranberries, apples, oranges, and orange peel in a food processor. (I've used a blender in a pinch, but be careful not to over process.).
- Mix in sugar and let stand. The color will darken as it sits. Refrigerate.
