The most wonderful cranberry relish! It turned me from a relish hater to a relish lover!

  1. Grind cranberries, apples, oranges, and orange peel in a food processor. (I've used a blender in a pinch, but be careful not to over process.).
  2. Mix in sugar and let stand. The color will darken as it sits. Refrigerate.
