ingredients
- 5 lbs potatoes
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1⁄4 cup chives, chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
directions
- Peel and boil potatoes; mash. Combine all ingredients except paprika.
- Turn into lightly buttered 2-quart casserole. Top with paprika. Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
