- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup pineapple juice
- 1⁄4 cup salad oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
directions
- Combine soy sauce, pineapple juice, salad oil, brown sugar, dry mustard, ginger, garlic salt and pepper. Pour over chicken. Marinate, refrigerated, for 24 hours. Grill over coals.

This was really tasty and can be quite versitile. I used chicken thighs and marinated for about 5 hours. I added some cayenne for heat. It wasn't grill weather, so I put my chicken in a small roasting pan and surrounded it with onion and bell pepper slices, and pineapple chunks. I let it cook at 350 for almost an hour and a half and it was super tasty. Very flavorfull and moist chicken and loved the pineapple flavors. Yum.
