- 118.29 ml brown sugar
- 473.18 ml sugar
- 59.14 ml butter
- 170.09 g evaporated milk
- 212.62 g jar marshmallow cream
- 3.69 ml salt
- 4.92 ml vanilla
- 14.79 ml maple flavoring (mapeliene)
- 340.19 g white chocolate chips
- 236.59 ml chopped walnuts (optional) or 236.59 ml pecans (optional)
directions
- In a large pot, mix together first six ingredients on medium heat and bring to soft ball stage (~236 degrees F).
- Remove from heat and allow to cool for several minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into 13" X 9" buttered pan.
- Allow to reach room temperature and score with knife before cutting.
