Maple /Brown Sugar Glaze for Ham

If you like a glazed ham try this. Leaves your ham with a sweet crunchy topping

• Total Time: 20 mins
• Prep Time: 5 mins
• Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients:

Servings: 15

• 2 cups brown sugar
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients to make a paste.
2. Rub over ham in its last 15 minutes of cooking.

All I can say is "Wow!!" I made this for our New Year's Eve meal, and it was sooooo good!! I used the broth to make gravy that was sweet and salty and really good over mashed potatoes. I also serve it with Hawaiian Sweet Rolls. I host a annual family Christmas Dinner with Prime Rib, but this year, my family requested ham with this glaze. If it can top Prime Rib for a bunch of Mid-Westerns, then you know its good!! Thanks so much for posting this!!

I used this at Easter for a ham and WOW!, my family loved it. Well last night my son asked if we could try this on Pork Chops and again WOW!. This is going to be my go to glaze for hams, and all other pork that I cook other than ribs.
