- 1 lb firm-ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and diced
- 3 radishes, finely diced
- 1⁄4 cup peach nectar
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Toss well.
