5 stars from our 8 month old and 5 stars from me! Quick and easy to prepare healthy sweet "cream". This is working out to be a nice transition food because I can make the puree smooth with a yogurt like consistency or leave it a little chunkier as the baby learns to eat foods with more texture.

  1. Remove skin and seed from mango.
  2. Combine the tofu and mango flesh in the blender until smooth and creamy.
