  2. Add green onion, cucumber, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, and sugar; mix.

I omitted the salt and the dill weed because I didn't have any. I'm sure the dill weed adds a great taste. But it was great without. I used plain yogurt instead of sour cream. The macaroni salad is so yummy. This is great with the cucumbers. Thanks Dienia :) Made for PRMR tag game
