My low-fat and spicy potato soup

  1. saute onion and shallots in vegetable spray.
  2. add cubed and peeled potato and saute (with more veggie spray) for 15 minutes.
  3. add 1 tablespoon flour.
  4. add low fat chicken broth.
  5. add knorr's soup mix and bring to a boil.
  6. reduce heat to low and add spices and sauces.
  7. simmer 30 minutes.
