ingredients
- 2 lbs ground turkey breast
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg white
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
directions
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
- Grease baking sheet.
- Roll ingredients into 1 inch balls.
- Bake meatballs 10-15 minutes until browned.

I had orginally planned on making meatballs but was pressed for time by time it came time to make dinner the day I made these that I made the meat into patties. I dusted the patties with flour and fried them in a skillet with olive oil. They were fabulous! I also mixed all ingredients into a bowl and covered and chilled overnight. I did use Garlic and Heab breadcrumbs and garlic powder with adding some salt, this was what I had on hand. The flavors blended so well. Thanks for sharing the recipe! I will be making the meatballs as stated the next go around :)
