- 177.44 ml uncooked quick-cooking oatmeal
- 118.29 ml nonfat milk
- 118.29 ml reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 118.29 ml shredded carrot
- 59.14 ml diced onion
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 44.37 ml chopped fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 9.85 ml Dijon mustard
- 9.85 ml salt
- 1.23 ml fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 340.19 g ground turkey breast
- 340.19 g 95% lean ground beef (5 % fat or less)
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a 5 X 9-inch loaf pan with foil.
- Combine the oatmeal, milk, broth, carrots, onion, egg, parsley, garlic,.
- mustard, salt, pepper in a large bowl.
- Gently mix the turkey and beef inches.
