  • Prepare whole chicken breast;grilled is tastier.
  • Cube and put in mixing bowl.
  • Mix in chopped hardboiled egg,celery, and green onions or chives.
  • Mix in mayonnaise and mustard.
  • Add salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
  • Chill and enjoy.

  1. I made this for dinner tonight. I changed it to fit our tastes by adding one granny smith apple, dill and parsley. I don't really like raw onion, so the apple was for the crunch. I served it on hoagie bread and added avocado slices on the side. It was very healthy. Thanks

  1. added dill, granny smith apple, and parsely. took out green onion.
     
  2. Have just started Atkins and made this for lunch. I used a bit of curry powder instead of the mustard. Very good and filling low carb salad.
     
  3. This was great chicken salad! I used a 10 oz. can of chicken instead of the chicken breast and it worked perfect. The flavor was just what I was looking for. I will definitely make this again. I also posted a picture.
