- 473.18 ml erythritol (powdered)
- 14.79 ml vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 118.29 ml cocoa powder
- 4.92 ml salt
- 113.39 g unsweetened chocolate (melted)
- 473.18 ml flax seeds (finely ground)
- 14.79 ml baking powder
- 78.78 ml heavy whipping cream
- 157.80 ml water
- 236.59 ml xylitol sugar substitute
- 4.92 ml stevia
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease 9x13 pan.
- Cream the butter.
- Add the erythritol to the butter and cream.
- Add the vanilla.
- Add eggs one at a time and mix.
- Add salt and cocoa powder and mix.
- Add melted chocolate and mix.
- Add all of the rest of the ingredients until blended.
- Pour into the pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
