This dish was very tasty. If salmon is a favorite, this recipe brings out the flavor of the fish and served on a bed of rice was perfect.

  1. Melt butter in skillet. Add mushrooms and green onions. Saute for about 1 minute.
  2. Add vinegar, garlic, onion powder, sugar, and honey. Mix well and bring to a boil.
  3. Turn heat down to med. Add salmon filets and let poach for about 15 min or until fish is flakey.
