Lorrie's Cornbread Casserole

"This recipe comes from a lady I work with who is a FANTASTIC cook!!! She just told me the recipe off the top of her head measurements and all(who does that???) We eat it like a main course."

• Yields: 1 8x13

ingredients

• 3⁄4 lb ground beef
• 1⁄2 package taco seasoning
• 1 cup cornmeal
• 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
• 2 eggs
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 cup oil
• 1⁄2 chopped onion
• 3 jalapenos
• 1 lb grated cheese

directions

1. Brown ground beef with taco seasoning.
2. Drain.
3. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
4. Cook in a sprayed 8X13pan at 350 for 1 hour.
