- 184.27 g can lobster meat (or canned lobsters)
- 290.58 g can condensed cream of asparagus soup
- 290.58 g can cream of mushroom soup
- 236.59 ml light cream
- 0.25 ml cayenne pepper
- 29.58 ml sherry wine
- 44.37 ml chives
- parmesan cheese crouton
directions
- In a medium saucepan, blend together the soups, cream, lobster and cayenne and bring to a simmering point.
- When mixture is hot, stir in sherry.
- Serve with a sprinkling of chives and Parmesan cheese croutons.
