- 1 lb liverwurst
- 8 ounces cream cheese (can use neufchatel 1/3 less fat)
- 3 tablespoons white horseradish (I use Hot)
- 2 tablespoons Grey Poupon mustard
- 1⁄4 cup red onion, minced
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
directions
- Blend the Liverwurst and cream cheese together.
- Add the other ingredients except the walnuts.
- Roll into a ball.
- On waxed paper roll the ball in chopped walnuts.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Serve with rye crackers or bread sticks. Enjoy!
