Lite and Easy Cabbage Salad

- 1 (16 ounce) package cabbage coleslaw mix
- 2 bunches green onions, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 cup slivered almonds
- 1⁄4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 (3 ounce) package chicken-flavored ramen noodles, reserve the seasoning packet
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- 1⁄3 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄3 cup white vinegar
directions
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, green onions, almonds and sesame seeds.
- Pour the ramen noodles into a zip-lock baggie, and crush with a rolling pin. Reserve until serving time.
- To make the dressing, mix the olive oil, splenda, vinegar and reserved flavor packet. Stir well to combine.
- Pour over the cabbage mix and stir well. ( The dressing may be added right before serving time if you wish.).
- Pour the crushed noodles over the top right before serving.

<p>Hi! I'm very fortunate to be married to my best friend! My husband and I own our own business, and I work there 3-4 days a week. We have 4 children, a girl and three boys...all out of the nest.
