Good bread pudding! Even good with the yeast peach/blueberry bread that wasn't too tasty... : ) Especially good with a vanilla sauce "Recipe #23727". I had to leave out the raisins since we don't like them and subbed 2 eggs since I didn't have egg substitute. Thanks for posting! Made for Zaar Cookbook Tag.

  1. Preheat over to 325.
  2. Put bread cubes in greased 9x9 pan.
  3. Combine all other ingredients and pour mixture over bread.
  4. Bake uncovered for 60-75 minutes.
