    • 2 (¼ ounce) packets Kool-Aid lemon-lime powdered drink mix
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 quarts water
    • 64 ounces prepared lemonade
    • 2 limes , sliced

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Mix powdered drink mix with water. Pour into ice trays. Freeze.
    2. 2
      Prepare lemonade mix. Fill punch bowl or large pitcher. Add lemon-lime cubes and lime slices.

      We have had family gathering as well as a family reunion making for one lot of food and beverages needing to be made. Your recipe#257891 was well received but my pre test tasters suggested not adding this one to the guest table. Thought a lime beverage would be a good contrast to lemonade but taste wise it just didn't work for us. May give it another try using regular lemonade mix.
