This is a tasty and easy way to make a yummy rice.
Make and share this Lemon Parmesan Minute Rice recipe from Food.com.
- 473.18 ml Minute Rice
- 473.18 ml chicken broth
- 59.14 ml chopped cilantro
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 lemon, zest of, a
- 59.14 ml shredded parmesan cheese
- Bring chicken broth to a boil.
- Add Minute Rice.
- Once Minute Rice is almost done, add cilantro, parmesan cheese, lemon zest and lemon Juice.
- Stir and cover to finish cooking.
- Enjoy :).
What a wonderful and simple dish. I fixed this as written only using less cilantro for our company. Served this with Baked Tilapia Fillets With Light French Onion Sauce#367419 Zucchini Stuffed With Herbs Zucchini Stuffed with Herbs and we had a great dinner and evening. Thank you for posting. This is yet another happy (& timely) discovery I spied while recipe browsing for Spring PAC 2013. I had planned baked fish for dinner last nite, so it seemed fated to me. It is incredibly easy-to-make & ingredient-friendly. I did have to use dried cilantro as fresh herbs are not always available here. This rice tastes fantastic & was perfect company for my baked fish, but I think it would be equally "at home" w/chicken piccata, grilled or roasted chicken, grilled shrimp/prawns ... so many things. This is an excellent recipe & will be used often. Thx for sharing it w/us.
