Leftover Turkey and Mashed Potato Patties

"My mom usually bought a whole bird for Thanksgiving dinner but no one but Grandma would eat anything other than the breast resulting in a lot of leftover dark turkey meat. If your family is the same way this is a great way to get rid of that left over turkey. You can use chicken and fish instead of turkey."

  • Mix everything together until well blended.
  • Add enough flour so that the mixture isn't too sticky.
  • Shape into patties and fry until golden brown about 3-5 minutes on each side.
