- 453.59 g lean ground beef, cooked and drained
- 453.59 g refried beans
- 35.43 g taco seasoning
- 453.59 g salsa
- 453.59 g sour cream
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 473.18 ml colby-monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 473.18 ml lettuce, shredded
- 118.29 ml ripe olives, sliced
- 78.78 ml jalapeno, sliced (optional)
directions
- Spread beans on a 10-12" (I sometimes use a 12" pizza pan) serving plate.
- Combine ground beef and taco seasoning. Spread over beans.
- Spread salsa over ground beef mixture.
- Spread sour cream over salsa.
- Sprinkle on shredded lettuce, tomatoes and olives.
- Add jalepenos if desired.
- Sprinkle on the cheese.
- Serve with tortilla chips. The 'scoops' work the best for this dip.
