A recipe using StoveTop stuffing. I seem to favor those types of recipes for some reason. Always a filler for my brood. Also, I use corn in this one instead of the stated peas.

I cook often for my elderly parents and made this for their dinner. Both thought this was just delicious! I used Italian style meatballs, and corn bread stuffing mix, and since neither are big fans of peas or corn used fresh green beans. I also sprinkled french fried onions over the the stuffing before baking. Just great! A very easy week night meal. Thanks CB! I know I will be making this dish again!   1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine soup and milk in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  5. Stir in meatballs and peas.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Top with the prepared stuffing.
  8. Bake 20-25 minutes.
