1. Tired after working all day and didn't want to run to the store. Only had frozen broccoli and cream of mushroom soup. Still turned out great. Perfect when you are looking for a quick and easy meal.

 2. this was so easy and delicious. it was perfect for a last minute meal when i got home from work. i will definitely be making this again.

 3. Yum. For me this dish had that comfort feel to it. Instead of using a pea/carrot blend of veggies, I used a stir fry mix that had some of my favorite vegetables. Simple to make and great leftovers. Thanks for sharing!

 2. This was DELICIOUS! I actually just saw this recipe in the new "Kraft" magazine I got recently and decided to try it today. The ONLY change I made was to use a frozen bag of peas & carrots instead of mixed veggies, as my husband doesn't like the corn in the mixed. Otherwise, left as is. Even my nearly 2 year old daughter gobbled hers up. I'll be having the leftovers later! Yum!

On that note I love baking and cooking a priceless gift passed down from my grammy who I dearly loved and miss deeply. My grammy passed away 1/15/07. She was a wonderful cook and baker and taught me many things and the most valueable things was how to be a wonderful cook and baker like her. I really enjoy searching for new recipes especially here on Zaar. I'm always finding and adding to my cookbook new and exciting recipes. I also enjoy posting recipes here on Zaar as well. I really love collecting different cookbooks. I have over a 100 and growing! I collect mostly Taste Of Home & community cookbooks.
