Laura's Cornbread Salad

• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
• 1 bunch green onion, chopped
• 1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimentos (small jar)
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 1 (16 ounce) can corn
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

directions

1. Beak cornbread according to box. Cool totally! Crumble up the cornbread, mix in all the other stuff, chill and eat.
