  1. Brown meat in wok over medium heat without any oil.
  2. transfer to a bowl and mix with lime juice, fish sauce and hot pepper.
  3. Add the ground rice and remaining ingredients and combine mixture.
  4. Place mixture on a bed of shredded lettuce.
  5. garnish with cucumber, carrot and cabbage.
  6. Serve at room temperature.
