Excellent flavor in this simple recipe.
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 4 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 lbs steak (cut of your choice)
- Combine first five ingredients, mixing well.
- Put steak in zip bag and add soy sauce mixture.
- Marinade for about 4 hours.
- Grill or broil to desired doneness.
