A very refreshing cocktail !!
- 4 kiwi fruits, peeled, chopped
- 236.59 ml orange juice
- 14.79 ml caster sugar
- 78.07 ml vodka
- 118.29 ml Midori melon liqueur
- Put all the above in blender.
- Blend till smooth.
- Add a few handfuls of crushed ice and blend till mixture is slushy.
Yum! I made a half recipe of this, which made one restaurant-sized drink. I had some simple syrup in the fridge, so I replaced the caster sugar with an equal amount of the syrup. This was just perfect with the spicy meal I made for dinner last night. Thanks for posting! Made for The Honeys for ZWT8
What a delicious and refreshing cocktail for a warm summers evening. I know caster sugar is a very fine sugar but I went with powdered sugar. Powdered is finer then caster and will dissolve in cold liquids such as this cocktail. One cup of crushed ice was used in making this. I made this for Zaar World Tour 8 for the Bistro Babes team.
Good! While daunting in appearance, kiwi make me wonder if Adam hesitated before eating the apple. Did he ponder, "Should I eat the bright colored orange, that gorgeous red apple or those terrifying looking kiwi that resemble a fuzz ball?" Made for ZWT#8~AU/NZ.
