From Every Day with Rachael Ray December-January 2007
- 4 kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 banana
- 1⁄2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 10 ice cubes
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients except for 2 kiwi slices. Serve in tall glasses and garnish each with a kiwi slice.
i did not have plain yogurt, so i used light banana. but it still turned out amazing!! also, if only my kiwi were a little more ripe... lol :)

Kiwis are my favorite ingred. in smoothies and the honey and lime juice make this even better! I omitted the ice. Thanks for posting, mj Sergent. Roxygirl
