- 4 large egg yolks
- 396.89 g sweetened condensed milk
- 118.29 ml fresh lime juice
- 9.85 ml lime zest
- 236.59 ml whipping cream
- 59.14 ml sugar
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large bowl, beat the egg yolks for 1 minute.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 the lime juice.
- Whisk until blended.
- Add remaining lime juice and all of the lime zest.
- Mix together.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- Let pie cool completely.
- Mix whipping cream and sugar until fluffy.
- Spread over pie.
