  • cook the fish in milk.
  • leave on one side.
  • boil the rice and drain.
  • hard boil eggs and half them.
  • flake the fish into an oven dish and retain the milk.
  • add the rice and eggs.
  • make up a white sauce with the fish milk and more milk.
  • mix all together careful not to bread up the fish too much and just warm through.
