This makes a very nice cheese appetizer. I especially liked the sharp cheddar and Worcestershire sauce combination. The cream cheese made it creamy. I used chopped pecans which gave it another layer of flavor. Thanks, Teresa, for sharing you SIL's recipe. It will be used again in this house.
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- chopped nuts (optional)
