- 2 cups ranch dressing
- 1⁄2 cup salsa (Pace mild Picante Sauce is good)
- 1⁄2-3⁄4 teaspoon ground dried chipotle powder
- Put salsa in food processor and puree about one minute with steel blade. (Could use a blender or immersion blender.).
- Add ranch dressing and ground chipotle and process 30 seconds more, or until well combined.
DEEEEEEElish! I used a ranch dressing dry packet and prepared it with fat-free mayo and skim milk. Instead of ground dried chipotle, I pureed 2 canned chipotle peppers with the salsa and dressing. Great with southwest chicken salad.
