  1. -brown bacon, remove & chop.
  2. -brown sausage, remove.
  3. -brown beef, remove.
  4. - add onion, celery & bell peppers.
  5. - cook 15 minutes.
  6. -add meat, oregano, ½ worsteshire, & ½ broth cook 15 minutes.
  7. - mix all seasoning.
  8. (except sugar, MSG, coco).
  9. -add 3 Tbs. seasoning.
  10. & garlic & shallots.
  11. -cook 15 minute.
  12. -add roasted chilies,.
  13. ½ broth, ½ spice mix,.
  14. ½ worsteshire S&P, MSG,.
  15. -simmer 1 hours.
  16. -add rest of spices,.
  17. sugar, molasses, hot sauce.
  18. - cook simmer 15 minutes.
  19. -keep on low for hours or as needed.
  20. Garnish:.
  21. -Bacon bits.
  22. -oyster crackers.
  23. -sour cream.
  24. -sharp cheddar cheese.
  25. -red onion diced.
