Yummy spanish rice! Perfect with enchiladas and beans!
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 3⁄4 cups hot water
- 1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
- 1 tablespoon salsa (if you want it spicy)
- Pour rice into large skillet. Add just enough oil to coat rice (not drenched). Brown the rice on medium heat. Pour in water, chicken bullion, tomato sauce and salsa. Cover with lid and turn down to simmer. Let cook for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and let stand with lid on for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
