A quick and easy way to make different flavors of syrup for your pancakes. Also great when you run out of syrup and don't want to make a trip to the store.
- Mix the Jell-o, water, sugar, and cornstarch together in a small saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil.
- Pour into a pitcher and let cool until syrup thickens slightly.
- Pour over pancakes while still warm.
