  • 4 ear corn, shucked
  • 118.29 ml soy sauce (more depending on taste)
  • sugar, to taste (optional)

  • Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • Soak corn in room-temperature water for 20-30 minutes.
  • Mix soy sauce and sugar.
  • Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, brushing all sides with soy sauce. I like mine to have lots of soy sauce, but it's really a matter of taste.
  • Serve and enjoy!

I am a SAHM of a very picky 3 year old. The only things I can count on her eating are peanut butter sandwiches (no jelly, but sometimes honey), various fruits (grapes, blueberries, apples, bananas, mandarin oranges, watermelon), chicken nuggets (only the processed kind), macaroni and cheese, and a few veggies (various beans, corn and peas).
