Typed recipe stapled inside my grandmother's handwritten spiral notebook of Weight Watchers recipes from the 70s or 80s. I haven't tried it, but a notation in her handwriting in red ink says "Good," so we'll hope she's right.

  1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan. Mix gently.
  2. Simmer together over low heat 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Makes one serving.

This was really good! I used crushed tomato and a little bit of tomato paste. I also added a TINY bit of crushed red pepper flakes to give it a kick. I also used a homemade Italian Seasoning combo and added a little garlic powder. Definitely has lots of great flavor! Thanks!
