• Yields: 1/3 cup

ingredients

• 1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves
• 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
• 1 tablespoon dried thyme leaves
• 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
• 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, medium ground
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried sage
• 1 teaspoon savory
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried parsley

directions

1. In the jar of a spice grinder, add rosemary and process until fine.
2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, whisking very well. Store blend in an airtight container. Makes 1/3 cup.
