I made this for dinner tonight using 1 1/2 pounds of homemade turkey italian sausage. I adjusted the seasonings accordingly. My sausage was slightly over seasoned so I left out the italian seasoning. I also subbed milk for the wine since we never have it in the house. I also didn't have quite enough bread crumbs so I crushed up some saltine crackers to make up the difference. I scooped the meatballs using a cookie scoop, and it made 32 delicious meatballs. They were very tender and we all loved them! Thanks for posting!
