- 226.79 g jar mushrooms, sliced
- 2 (793.78 g) can artichoke hearts
- 340.19 g kalamata olive, drained, pitted (or other good olive)
- 59.14 ml green pepper
- 118.29 ml celery
- 157.80 ml white wine vinegar
- 157.80 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 59.14 ml red onion, minced
- 14.79 ml oregano, chopped
- 14.79 ml basil, chopped
- 14.79 ml marjoram, chopped
- 2.46 ml dried red pepper flakes
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4.92 ml sugar
- salt and pepper
directions
- Finely chop first 5 ingredients.
- Bring remaining ingredients to a boil. Pour boiling liquid over chopped ingredients.
- Refrigerate. Best if made at least 24 hours before serving.
- Will keep for a month in tightly covered jar.
