- 1 lb green beans, cut into 2 inch lengths
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 6 leaves fresh basil, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup sun-dried tomato, softened and chopped
- salt and pepper
- Saute beans in oil in a large skillet for 3 minutes.
- Stir in bread crumbs, cheese, basil and sun dried tomatoes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
