- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic (or to taste)
- 1⁄4 cup fresh parsley
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (19 ounce) can drained chickpeas
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 3 tablespoons tahini
directions
- put all ingredients into a food processor.
- blend until smooth.
- place in a covered container.
- age overnight to allow flavours to blend.
