Excellent with veggie dippers or bread chunks or crackers
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained
- 1 tablespoon mild curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Heat over medium low heat, stirring, until hot and bubbling.
- Transfer to a small serving bowl.
- Serve with a variety of dippers.
