Horsey Ham Casserole

"It's not what you think! The "horsey" in this recipe is horseradish. When I was young, my mom would make this maybe twice a year, mostly for potlucks and family gatherings, and it was always (and still is) one of my favorite foods. I RECOMMEND CUTTING THIS RECIPE IN HALF! As it is written here, it makes about 20 servings, but it CAN BE FROZEN. So, if you don't halve it, you can at least freeze half of the finished product and save it for a couple weeks later."

 1. I gave it 4 stars because I didn't follow the recipe to the letter. Its kinda hard to do that when its written to serve 20. I also did not use horseradish because my 12yr old would not have eaten it so I really can't say this is a good or bad recipe. I chose it because it had 99% of the ingredients I was looking to use to make my casserole so I basically used it as a jump off recipe. I added onion powder and shredded cheddar cheese. I also topped it with cheddar cheese and broiled it for a few minutes.

So I can't complain, my family ate it with no complaints. Thanks for sharing it.
