- 1 1⁄2 cups sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup prepared white horseradish, drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Blend all ingredients in medium bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.
This stuff is delicious. Have also made it adding a couple of minced garlic cloves. Great on Roast Beef sandwiches, too.
